Disappointing effort against Taft

The Porter's field hockey squad got off to a slow start in their game against Taft on Saturday and they struggled to recover from three early goals within the first ten minutes of the game.  Taft's offensive pressure kept Porter's on their heels for much of the game, and Porter's struggled to get any shots on goal, unfortunately.  Down 5-0 at half time, Porter's focused on improving ball movement and possession and after making some adjustments, they were able to hold Taft to only one goal in the second half.

Porter's hopes for a better performance in their game vs. Hopkins on their home field Monday, Oct. 8th at 4:15pm.
