With over 25 years of experience supporting children\, teens\, and families\, she brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise\, lived experience\, and relatable insight to her work.  \nMarla spent more than two decades working in diverse school settings\, where she developed a deep understanding of the challenges students and families face both inside and outside the classroom. She is the Founder and Clinical Director of Farmington Valley Counseling Center\, a thriving group practice with locations in Avon and Farmington\, Connecticut\, and she also serves as adjunct faculty at CT State Community College.
