The central text for our 9th grade “Introduction to Inquiry” course is Mónica Guzmán’s “I Never Thought of It That Way.” Smart\, accessible\, and thought-provoking\, Guzmán provides a blueprint for anyone looking to build their skills in curiosity\, connection\, and community-building. \nCome join Rebecca Plona\, Director of the Teaching and Learning Center\, for a virtual discussion on Guzmán’s book hosted by the Miss Porter’s Parent Leadership Committee. DESCRIPTION:The Office of Admission will be hosting a number of information sessions for prospective students and families applying for the 2023-2024 school year. These sessions provide families the opportunity to meet with\, hear from\, and ask questions to community members on a panel. Sessions run for three hours and will include a campus tour\, panel\, and mix & mingle. Interviews with an admission officer must be scheduled upon registering.
