Rebecca Plona is the director of the Teaching and Learning Center and supports academic growth for students with disabilities across the curriculum. She teaches psychology, coaches crew and finds joy in helping students realize their potential in Porter’s student-centered classrooms.
 
Outside of school, she enjoys traveling with her two teenagers, kayaking and hiking in New Hampshire, and relaxing with her dogs and a good book.
