Porter's Announces Partnership with Select Physical Therapy

Porter's is pleased to partner with Select Physical Therapy to work with the Athletic Department and provide support to the school's athletes. Through this partnership, Porter's welcomes Brittany Gustafson as head athletic trainer.
Ms. Gustafson is board certified in athletic training with the BOC and holds certification with the NSCA as a strength and condition specialist. She also serves as the concussion coordinator for the State of Connecticut, helping to connect healthcare professionals with the community for educational programs, coordination of care, and continued quality of care. Prior to joining Select Physical Therapy, she served as an athletic trainer at the University of Vermont, where she provided primary coverage for several varsity sports, including the 2015 America East Champions Men's Soccer team.
Ms. Gustafson holds a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Merrimack College, where she was a four-year member and captain of the women's soccer team. She also earned a master's degree in exercise science and nutrition from Sacred Heart University while working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with SHU's men's soccer and baseball teams.
