The school will use this information to keep you informed about the school and to offer you access to school services. This information will be maintained consistent with Connecticut General Statutes and Public Acts and other applicable laws. This policy is your guide to how we will handle most information that we learn from you from your visit to our website.

Miss Porter’s School collects the following information when accepting donations: name, address, phone, email, donation amount and gift designation. Credit card numbers are used only for donation processing through an encrypted, secure, third party processing system, and are not retained for other purposes.

 

Email and Web Inquiries

You also may decide to send us personally identifying information, for example, in an email message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a web form that provides us with this information. We use personally identifying information from these communications primarily to respond to your requests. We may forward your email to a school representative who are better able to answer your questions. We may also use your email to contact you in the future about our programs that may be of interest. We do not share your name or email address with any outside parties.
