Kristen Casey teaches in the Humanities Department and holds a BA in English and theater from the University of Rhode Island. She earned an M.S.Ed. from Mount Saint Mary’s College and is completing a second master’s degree at Middlebury Bread Loaf.
 
Kristen creates a safe, equitable classroom where learning is student-centered. She loves being part of the Porter’s community.
 
Off campus, she enjoys playing piano, reading, and participating in community theater. Kristen lives with her husband and rescue dog, Rory.
