This session will focus on the issue of the intention-behavior gap, and explore ways to bridge the gap between good intentions and effective action. Attendees will engage with tools and strategies for holding themselves and each other accountable and staying engaged in the work of allyship and inclusion. Finally, there will be discussion to generate strategies on self-care, self-advocacy, and maintaining personal well-being while actively contributing to social justice.
