Raising Resilient Girls in an Age of Anxiety

November 19 @ 8:00 pm EST

Raising Resilient Teens up

Today’s girls are growing up in a fast-paced, high-pressure world filled with uncertainty, perfectionism, and constant comparison. And while your daughter may appear strong and capable, even the most grounded teens can quietly struggle with stress, anxiety, and self-doubt.

Drawing on personal insight, professional experience, and real-world strategies, Marla Dakin, LCSW, will guide you through three key strategies that make parenting through stress and uncertainty easier. You’ll discover practical ways to stay connected and foster your daughter’s confidence and coping skills—without overstepping or overwhelming.

This session promises to have parents and guardians leaving with a sense of feeling seen, supported, and equipped with actionable tools they can start using right away.
