Kris came to Miss Porter’s School from the University of Hartford, where she was the Director of Special Events, managing events such as Homecoming and Family Weekend, Commencement Weekend, and Presidential events, in addition to working with various schools and departments on fundraising events and projects. She was in the higher education field for over 10 years prior to starting at Porter’s. Kris graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Criminology. She has held positions in the past with Hartford Superior Court’s Division of Criminal Justice, CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, and at Wesleyan University.
Kris resides off campus and enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors as much as possible!
