In this session, attendees will learn about the concept of proactive allyship and how it differs from reactive allyship. The session will provide attendees with strategies and tools for engaging in proactive allyship, including setting goals, creating action plans, and addressing potential obstacles. Participants will engage in discussion about the impact of those who live at the intersections of oppression and how to best identify and address microaggressions and other daily forms of oppression.
