| Monday, February 5 | Registration CLOSES Please note that in respect of hosts and their planning needs, this is a firm deadline. |
| Early/Mid February | All guest registrants will receive communication from A&D about where they will be attending WWSDD. |
| Early/Mid February | All guest registrants must confirm with A&D that they are still able to attend WWSDD within a week of receiving their assignment. |
| Wednesday, February 28 | Attendees will receive dinner details from their assigned host (location, time, expectations, etc.). |
| Saturday, March 2 | Worldwide Sit-Down Dinner! Ancient gatherings will take place around the world throughout the day! |
Registration to host a WWSDD on March 2, 2024 has closed. If you missed your opportunity to register, but would like to inquire about the possibility of still doing so, please contact wwsdd@missporters.org.
| Early/Mid February | Hosts and Guests receive communication from A&D about who will be attending / where they will be attending WWSDD. |
| Mid February | Confirmed hosts must communicate with the local attendee registrants on their provided lists. |
| Week before WWSDD | Confirmed hosts must submit the “WWSDD Dinner Details” form via email link sent by MPS staff by this date. They will also receive a host box in the mail. |
| Wednesday, February 28 | Confirmed hosts must communicate dinner details with their guests by this date (i.e. location, time, expectations, etc.). |
| Saturday, March 2 | Worldwide Sit-Down Dinner! Ancient gatherings will take place around the world throughout the day! |

What’s changed? This year we are opening host registration BEFORE guest registration.
🌼 Host registration open December 11 – January 12
🌼 Guest Registration open January 8 – February 5
Why? This gives us an opportunity to identify where we may need more hosts, where we may have too many hosts, and identify any other issues so that we can solve many of those problems prior to the influx of guest registrations. It also gives us time to contact registered hosts to make sure that they understand the process and what to expect.
What does this mean for hosts? This year, hosts will be registering earlier and will have a few weeks longer to wait before receiving their guest lists than in prior years. Hosts may also be asked to help recruit guests in their areas if possible.
