We are excited to welcome an outstanding Executive Chef, Heidi Sokolowski. Chef Heidi is joining us from The Taft School where she has been learning and growing since 2004. She is also an accomplished baker. During her time at Taft, she was involved in the planning and opening of their new dining hall and kitchen. Along with her passion for fresh and local foods, she enjoys engaging with the students. She has conducted various events such as gingerbread house building and food service committees.

A resident of Bristol, she enjoys time with her husband Bob and two daughters, being involved with the community through Girl Scouts, and donating her time and talent to Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia Research.
