Bio
Along with his work at Porter's, he is a staff member for the girls US Youth Soccer National training centers and a head coach of the FSA FC United ECNL team. Avi has been a head coach for the CT Olympic Development Program and has been on the state staff to teach USSF Licenses to coaches in New England. Previously, Avi has been an assistant coach for the Men's Soccer team at Trinity College, Men's Soccer team at Central Connecticut State University and on the Region 1 youth soccer staff.
Avi lives on campus with his wife Amber and daughter Darcie.
Brittany Gustafson

Bio
Brittany is a board-certified athletic trainer with Select Physical Therapy and holds certification with the NSCA as a strength and conditioning specialist. Working out of the Select-Farmington clinic since 2017, her primary duty is to serve as the Head Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach at Miss Porter's School. She also serves as the Concussion Coordinator for the state of Connecticut, helping to bring awareness surrounding education, diagnosis and early intervention for the concussed patient. Prior to joining Select Physical Therapy and Miss Porter’s School, she served as an athletic trainer at the University of Vermont where she provided primary coverage for several men’s and women’s varsity sports. Brittany holds a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Merrimack College and master's degree in exercise science and nutrition from Sacred Heart University.

Bio
Mrs. Marks earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia in 2013 where she was also a member of the women’s basketball team for four years. After graduating, Mrs. Marks played professionally in Luxembourg and Finland. After this amazing athletic and cultural experience, Mrs. Marks turned her focus to coaching and soon received an opportunity to join the University of Iowa Women’s Basketball Staff as their Recruiting Assistant. Her passion for coaching and leadership grew. In her first year, the Hawkeyes advanced to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 1996. After a two year stint at Iowa, Mrs. Marks traveled to Connecticut to take on the role of Director of Women's Basketball Operations for Quinnipiac University. In her first year, the Bobcats won its first NCAA tournament game and advanced to the Sweet 16. Mrs. Marks was also enrolled in Quinnipiac’s School of Business from which she received her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership in 2018. In her first year she lead Miss Porter’s Basketball team to a 17-3 record, being the first basketball coach to win a founders League championship.
Mrs. Marks lives on campus with her husband, Brett, and their two sons, Andrew and Xavier. She serves as Assistant to the Director of Athletics and Head Varsity Basketball Coach.
